50+ Free Events Set For Huntington Art Week 2026
The weeklong festival returns March 9-15, featuring live music, hands-on workshops and partnerships with major Long Island art institutions.
HUNTINGTON, NY — Following a record-breaking inaugural year, Huntington Art Week is officially returning to the Town of Huntington from March 9 through March 15, 2026.
Organized by Colored Colors, Digho, and G6 Digital Media, the week-long festival will once again transform Huntington Village into a town-wide cultural hub, featuring more than 50 free and accessible programs designed to celebrate innovation, creativity, and community.
Building on the momentum of its 2025 debut — which drew 2,660 unique visitors — Huntington Art Week 2026 is expanding its mission of bridging local artists with the business community. The upcoming calendar will include family-friendly programming, live performances, and hands-on workshops hosted inside local storefronts, cultural institutions, and gathering spaces.

“Our goal is to ensure every program is properly executed to provide maximum value for both the artist and the host venue,” said José Tutiven on behalf of the Huntington Art Week Committee. “We are creating an ecosystem where art drives foot traffic into our small businesses, and those businesses, in turn, become the stage for New York’s incredible creative talent.”
This year’s programming includes a featured performance by Brooklyn-based band Blanket Approval at Spotlight at The Paramount on Sunday, March 15, presented in collaboration with Live Nation.

Major cultural institutions will also serve as anchors throughout the week, including The Heckscher Museum of Art, The Whaling Museum and Education Center, and the African American Museum of Nassau County. Organizers say the partnerships are designed to reflect the full spectrum of Long Island’s arts community.
More than 50 programs will be paired with local businesses, supported by key partners including the Huntington Village BID, The Agency, Laurel Group, Newtown Shows, Golden Iris, Seven Circle Media, and Traverse Capital Management.
With website traffic reaching audiences in Queens, Brooklyn, and New York City, Huntington Art Week is quickly emerging as a destination event for the broader tri-state area. Local sponsorships help fund artist stipends, ensuring that participating creatives are compensated and that the region’s creative economy continues to grow.
