🍹 Smoky Ancho Margarita — Dos Hombres Mezcal, Patrón Cristalino, Ancho Reyes Liqueur, Cointreau, fresh lime juice, and agave, finished with a Tajín rim and lime wheel.
🌶️ Chile en Nogada — Roasted poblano stuffed with seasoned ground beef, pork, apples, raisins, and almonds, topped with traditional walnut cream sauce, pomegranate seeds, and fresh parsley.
