Huntington Thrift To Close; Final Day Set For September

HUNTINGTON, NY — Huntington Thrift, at 2087 New York Ave. in Huntington Station, said on its social media page it is going out of business after “many wonderful years.” The shop said it has decided to “go into a different direction” and is holding a going-out-of-business sale, with everything marked to go before its final day, Sunday, Sept. 20.

The store sells vintage items, antiques, collectibles, furniture, housewares and artwork. Its announcement thanked customers for their support, friendships and memories over the years.
