American Airlines Flight Aborts Takeoff From LaGuardia Over Bird Strike
The Boeing 737-800 was scheduled to take off around 8:20 a.m. on Thursday.
QUEENS, NY — An American Airlines flight had to abort its takeoff from LaGuardia Airport after a reported bird strike Thursday morning.
The Federal Aviation Administration confirmed the incident, adding that the Boeing 737-800 was scheduled to take off around 8:20 a.m. before the reported bird strike.
No injuries were reported from the incident at this time.
