Following the presentation, you’ll have the opportunity to savor a traditional Cochin Jewish lunch featuring: 

• Cochin tuna salad in lettuce cups 
• Resaya pulav (fragrant rice cooked with turmeric and coconut milk, a Cochin Jewish specialty) 
• Cabbage thoran (cabbage stir-fried with spiced coconut)
