April 4: Fundraising, Crime and Rising ATM Fees

4. Would you pay $5 to take your own money out of an ATM machine? Chase Bank, the second largest ATM network in the United States, is now charging this staggering fee to residents in other states if they're not a bank customer. The bank has not yet announced whether or not this policy will go nation-wide.
