1. HOUSE DJ, LADIES' NIGHT

Where/When: Cue Nine Billiards and Restaurant; DJ Saturday nights, Ladies' Nights Thursday, Friday, Saturday 10 p.m. to 12 a.m.

Why: DJ Stanford West is a club/hip hop/house DJ who spins at some of New York City's hottest nightspots. Every Saturday night, he takes his talents to Levittown at Cue Nine. Ladies also drink free every Thursday, Friday and Saturday from 10 p.m. to 12 a.m. and a celebrity chef menu is offered.

2. BRUTALLY HONEST COMEDY

Where/When: Governor's Comedy Club; Friday, March 25 at 9 p.m., Saturday, March 26 at 7:30 p.m. and 10 p.m.

Why: Comedian Nick DiPaolo is known for his sarcastic, blunt, socially relevant sense of humor. He has appeared on The Tonight Show, Late Night with David Letterman and Conan O' Brien and wrote Emmy nominated work for The Chris Rock Show.

Pricing: $25 admission plus two beverage minimum per person.

3. LIVE MUSIC AND ITALIAN FOOD

Where/When: La Focaccia (70 East Village Green); Friday, March 25 at 7:30 p.m.

Why: Cathy and the Revivals will perform live music for diners at this popular Italian restaurant and lounge. Stop by for some pasta, pizza or a few drinks and enjoy the entertainment.

4. NLOE OPEN HOUSE

Where/When: Nassau Lionel Operating Engineers; Friday, March 25, 8 p.m. to 10 p.m., Saturday, March 26 and Sunday, March 27, 1 p.m. to 4 p.m.

Why: If model trains have ever interested you, take a trip down memory lane to your childhood at Long Island's largest operating O gauge train layout.

 5. $1 BOWLING

Where/When: South Levittown Lanes; Saturdays after 5 p.m.

Why: Bowling is a fun activity to play with friends or a great way to gather the family, and each game played after 5 p.m. will cost you only $1.

Pricing: $1 per game after 5 p.m.
