Early Morning Vandalism Hits Gardenia Lane

Criminal mischief occurred around 1:30 a.m. Tuesday on Gardenia Lane in Levittown, according to the Nassau County Police Department.

A resident reported waking up to the sound of a scattered kitchen window and finding that a rock had been thrown through it.

Her neighbors sustained damages to their in-ground sprinkler system, newly planted scrubs and solar lights, she said.

There are currently no leads as to who committed the vandalism, police said.
