Please join us on a historical hike through Target Rock National Wildlife Refuge located on the north shore of Long Island, about 25 miles east of New York City.
The name “Target Rock” is commonly believed to come from a large boulder along the shoreline that British troops may have used for target practice during the American Revolutionary War.
