Are you feeling anxious, depressed, or helpless? Stressed out or overwhelmed by your life circumstances or the suffering in the world? Are you looking for a non-judgmental space to just be yourself, to express whatever’s on your heart?
We’re social beings and need to have an outlet for being seen, heard, and understood. This rings true now more than ever. This gathering will provide a safe and sacred space that is free of judgement for slowing down and showing up exactly as you are, to receive and offer support in community. It blends our ancestral need for communing in circle with meditation, movement, reflection, and creativity.
Participants should bring something to sit or lay on (a yoga mat, blanket), something to write with (pens, pencils, markers), and something to write on (journal, pad, notebook). You may also want to bring prose, poetry, song, etc. to share, and any sacred objects that resonate with your healing journey.
All are welcome. No experience is needed. Only an open heart and mind.
