Target and Pokémon Launch Exclusive Collection with One-Day Fan Experience at Westbury Store

Prepare for trouble…and make it double — live in Westbury! Target is celebrating 30 years of Pokémon – one of the biggest global franchises – with a Target-exclusive collection that will drop in-store at 7 AM on May 2 (before the collection is available online on May 3).
Bringing the experience directly to Long Island fans of all ages, Target Westbury will be one of only four stores in the country to host a one-day fan experience to celebrate the launch on Saturday, May 2, starting when store doors open at 7:00 AM.
Designed with every generation in mind, everyone will find something to enjoy at this rare intersection of culture, commerce, and community. Saturday's festivities will include:
- Pokémon character appearances from 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM.
- A first look at the 60-item collection across apparel, accessories, beauty, and food. Standout pieces include a first-of-its-kind Pokémon Starter jacket, binder-inspired Trapper Keepers, kickballs, Butterfree hair clips, and a mystery Water-type bottle that lets you open a surprise gift featuring one of several iconic Water-type Pokémon.
