10 NYC Residential Properties Close In A Single Day
Thursday sales show wide pricing gaps, with Queens and Brooklyn driving much of the activity in single-family and co-op transactions.
NEW YORK, NY — Twelve residential properties across Brooklyn, Queens and Manhattan entered contract or recorded pending sales activity Thursday, according to Zillow's website.
The highest-priced property in the group was a four-bedroom home at 1863 71st St. in Bensonhurst, listed at $1.2 million. Built in 1901, the 2,424-square-foot property asked roughly $495 per square foot.
Another top-priced listing, a four-bedroom home at 157-22 25th Drive in Flushing, entered contract at $1.173 million. The 1920-built property spans 1,800 square feet on a 3,800-square-foot lot.

Price per square foot ranged from roughly $372 per square foot for a co-op in Rego Park to more than $1,150 per square foot for a newly built condominium in Flushing.
The newest property in the group, a one-bedroom condo at 38-20 Parsons Blvd. in Flushing, was built in 2025 and listed for $778,410, or roughly $1,151 per square foot.

Several Queens properties clustered near the $1 million mark, including homes in Woodside, Elmhurst and Flushing.
