This vibrant, multi-course feast will showcase the dynamic flavors of Kerala, brought to life by executive chef and culinary director Vinu Raveendran of Flatiron’s standout sensation, Kidilum.Drawing on 17 years of international acclaim in world-renowned kitchens—including the Michelin two-starred Mugaritz in San Sebastián and Dubai’s Michelin-recognized Carnival by Trèsind—chef Raveendran brings an inventive perspective to South Indian cuisine. Beyond the kitchen, his artistic sensibilities as a watercolor painter and photographer inform his meticulous approach to flavor and presentation..
