PORT JEFFERSON, NY — The residents of a Port Jefferson home escaped to safety after a fire broke out Friday night, Suffolk police said.
A dryer fire started under the Liberty Avenue house at around 5 p.m., according to police.
Everyone got out shortly after, police said.
