3 Arrested After Loaded Smith & Wesson During Early Morning Main Street Stop: NYSP

The traffic stop in Peekskill led to felony charges against a North Carolina man, and two Westchester residents.

PEEKSKILL, NY — A late night traffic stop led to felony charges against a North Carolina man, and two Westchester residents.

On August 16, at 1:31 a.m., New York State Police in Cortlandt pulled over the car on Main Street in the City of Peekskill.

The driver was identified as Antonio Stewart, 40, of Roanoke Rapids, North Carolina. The passengers were identified as Khwan Wooden, 41, and Brant Schepper, 36, both of Peekskill.

Stewart, Wooden, and Schepper were arrested and charged with felony criminal possession of a weapon.
