Alongside the tea ceremony and martial arts, it represents a fundamental aesthetic discipline that fosters mindfulness, creativity, and an appreciation for beauty. In this workshop, we will begin with the traditional way of writing Kanji and gradually transition into abstract calligraphy using a more free-flowing cursive script approach. All materials provided.

In this four-week class&nbsp;(July 18, 25; August 1, 8), Inner Sage Yoga Founder Mareesa Nicosia leads a Kripalu-style yoga class that is designed for all levels, including beginners.&nbsp; Build strength, improve flexibility, energize your nervous system, and have some fun! Teaching will focus on breathwork, alignment, and protecting the joints.&nbsp;&nbsp;
Yoga mats, blocks, and straps are provided, but feel free to bring your own if you prefer.&nbsp; Chairs are also available for support. Modifications are offered to support your individual needs.
