Clay For All: Clay Art Center Launches Scholarship & Creative Access Fund

There is a moment when hands first touch clay. For many people, it’s a moment of calm. Of possibility. Of being fully present. But for too many, that moment never comes—because access has a price.

At Clay Art Center, we believe creativity is not a luxury—it’s a human need. And that belief is what inspires Clay Art Center’s Scholarship and Creative Access Fund.

Your donation opens a door, offers a seat in a class, and invites someone into a creative community that can change how they see themselves—and their future. Your support helps advance our mission to provide an inclusive space for learning and personal growth.

In 2025:

-We awarded over 130 scholarships for weekly clay summer camps expanding access for local families and ensuring even more opportunities to learn, create, and connect.
-We funded free access to clay programs for more than 1,000 additional youth and adults, providing arts enrichment, creativity, and community.
-We launched clay classes for veterans, expanding from two to six locations in under three months, with more being scheduled.
-We built our first ADA-accessible classroom, allowing us to offer more classes, and expand our reach even further.
