Michael Gudz, 45, was charged with third-and fourth-degree arson 4th Degree, reckless endangerment, and criminal contempt, according to police. The incident happened at around 4:15 p.m. and was domestic in nature, police said. He is expected to be arraigned on Monday, police said.
