Port Washington Children’s Center Announces Community Celebration “Anchored in Community”

The Port Washington Children's Center is proud to announce Anchored in Community, a special celebration to honor the village it takes to raise a child. Join us on May 6^th at Dirty Taco for an evening of connection, appreciation and entertainment as we come together to recognize the collective generosity, spirit and support that makes our community extraordinary.

The celebration will offer community members and supporters of the center an opportunity to unwind while enjoying dinner, drinks, and a live performance by popular Port Washington rock band Wildcard.

“The strength of the Port Washington Children’s Center lies in the unwavering support of this community,” said Christine Paige, the Executive Director of the Port Washington Children’s Center. “This celebration is our way of expressing heartfelt gratitude and bringing everyone together to recognize the impact we can make when we stand united.”

The event is made possible through the generous sponsorship of several beloved Port Washington businesses, including Power Ten Fitness Club, the Alana Benjamin Group, Smusht ice cream shop, Berest Dance Center, the Kornhaber Dental Group, Flatiron Pediatrics and Wildcard.

This special evening underscores the center’s mission to foster a strong, connected community dedicated to supporting children and families in Port Washington.
