The Town Board has scheduled a public hearing for Wednesday June 10 at 7:30 PM to consider a proposed construction of 110,000 sq ft contractor storage yard for a scaffolding business. The location is on the border of the Village of Ardsley and Dobbs Ferry. I have notified the villages of this application. A number of years ago the property was the subject of controversy over a proposed residential complex.

APPLICATION BY 1 LAWRENCE ARDSLEY LLC (“1 LAWRENCE ST.

AN APPROXIMATELY 110,000 SQ. FT. CONTRACTOR STORAGE YARD

BE IT RESOLVED, by the Town Board of the Town of Greenburgh that the Town Clerk set
a Public Hearing for Wednesday, June 10, 2026, at 7:30 PM, to consider a Site Plan (Town Board
approval – referral to Planning Board) and Tree Removal Permit Application (Town Board approval)
involving the proposed construction of an approximately 110,000 sq. ft. contractor storage yard for a
scaffolding business and an unrelated off-street parking area for separate cargo truck storage on a
property in the GI General Industrial District that consists of approximately 10.77 acres (469,192 sq.
ft.)
