RYE, NY — Get ready for the most bittersweet weekend of the year.

Playland Park in Rye will wrap up the summer season with three nights of fireworks over Labor Day weekend.

"Playland Park is where so many summer memories made, and with the season quickly coming to an end, we invite residents and visitors to make the most of these final summer nights," Westchester County Executive Ken Jenkins said. "There is something truly special about ending a day at Playland with family and friends watching the sky light up over Long Island Sound. We encourage everyone to come out, enjoy the rides and experience the magic of Playland one more time this summer with our final fireworks displays of the season."
