Suspect Grabbed DeWalt Lawn Mower And Pressure Washer Worth Around $1,400 From The Home Depot In Selden: PD

SELDEN, NY — Suffolk police are seeking the public’s help in identifying the suspect they say grabbed a DeWalt lawn mower and pressure washer worth around $1,400 from The Home Depot in Selden last week.

A man grabbed the items from the Independence Plaza location on Sept. 19 at around 8:25 p.m., according to police.

In security video, the man can be seen wearing a black and white sweatsuit and a black baseball cap.

Detectives from the 6th Squad in Selden are investigating the crime as grand larceny, according to a police press release.

Crime Stoppers is offering a cash reward for information leading to an arrest in the case.
