Respected national and international African Americans made Greenburgh their home
On Monday, the nation will celebrate Dr. Martin Luther King’s Jr birthday. About four years ago my assistant and I created a blog highlighting stories of African American leaders and residents who lived in town. These stories are fascinating – we focus on how residents overcame discrimination, their family histories. We continue to add to the list. If you know of others who should be included please e mail me at pfeiner@greenburghny.com.
