New supermarket on E Hartsdale Ave -Hartsdale Market- a tremendous positive addition to Avenue

The new supermarket on E Hartsdale Ave (Hartsdale Market) is a fantastic addition to the avenue. Prices are good, the owners plan to offer customers free parking if they make purchases. I hope other merchants on the Avenue will follow their example --this new business could be the best thing that has happened to the Avenue in years/decades. Residents who live in apartment buildings within walking distance of the supermarket told me that they believe their apartment values will increase -- a great selling point for potential new residents. And - I observed more pedestrian traffic on the Avenue on Friday than anytime in decades! Very excited. And very pleased. And the hours are great --till 10 PM!
