7-Year-Old In Car As Westchester County Driver Arrested On Felony DWI Charge In Putnam Crash: NYSP
The North Salem woman was found to have a BAC of 0.20 percent, after being arrested in Southeast, according to New York State troopers.

SOUTHEAST, NY — A Westchester County woman was arrested in Putnam County for potentially putting the life of a child at risk, according to state police.
New York State Police say that on Friday, around 9:55 p.m., troopers from the Brewster barracks were dispatched by Putnam County 911 to a property damage motor vehicle accident on Deans Corners Road, in the Town of Southeast.
While speaking with the driver, 37-year-old Briana Giuliano, of North Salem, troopers noticed signs of intoxication, according to police. She was administered field sobriety tests, which she failed, according to NYSP.

Troopers found that a seven-year-old child was also in the vehicle at the time of the accident.
Giuliano was arrested and taken for processing, where her blood alcohol concentration (BAC) was found to be 0.20 percent, police said.

State police said the child was turned over to a sober party.
Giuliano was charged with felony aggravated driving while intoxicated with a child passenger; misdemeanor aggravated driving while intoxicated (0.18 percent or more); misdemeanor driving while intoxicated; and several vehicle/traffic law violations.
She was issued an appearance ticket returnable to the Town of Southeast Court on May 26.
