Súp Vietnamese Opens In Jericho, Bringing Pho, Bánh Mì

JERICHO, NY — Pho fans have a new spot to try in Jericho – Súp Vietnamese has officially opened its doors.
The restaurant, which also has locations in Rockville Centre, Massapequa, and Stony Brook, serves Vietnamese favorites, including steamy broths, noodle soups, and other traditional dishes. Its menu is known for being a blend of healthy and hearty.
Long Islanders can sip on a lychee lemongrass martini or house-brewed Thai iced tea while they await their summer roll appetizers or a bánh mì sandwich to split.

The menu features Pho noodle options, such as Pho Ga with sliced chicken, Pho Nam with brisket, and Pho Bo Vien with beef meatballs.

The Jericho spot is located at 399 Jericho Turnpike and opened on Sep. 19. The restaurant also has plans to expand to Farmingdale, bringing its Vietnamese-inspired menu to more Long Island diners.
