$25.77M Penthouse Tops UES Luxury Real Estate Deals

UPPER EAST SIDE, NY — It was a busy week for the luxury real estate market on the Upper East Side, with 15 deals closing over the $4 million mark, according to the latest data from the Olshan Report.

The most expensive home on the Upper East Side sold this week was a condo on East 77th Street, which closed at $25.77 million, the Olshan Report said. The sale is the most expensive sale in the borough this week, according to the report.

The chart-topping condo is located at 255 East 77th Street, on Second Avenue.

The 10-room apartment features a gas fireplace, two park-facing terraces, seven bedrooms, seven bathrooms, and one powder room across the entire floor.
