Ink has dried on five real estate deals over $4,000,000 on the Upper East Side.
UPPER EAST SIDE, NY — It was a busy week for the luxury real estate market on the Upper East Side, with five deals closing over the $4 million mark, according to the latest data from the Olshan Report.
The most expensive home in the neighborhood that sold this week was a pre-war co-op that closed at $7,200,000, the Olshan Report said.
The three-bedroom, three-bathroom corner duplex apartment is on East 66th Street between Madison and Park avenues.
