$7.2M Co-Op Tops UES Luxury Real Estate Deals

UPPER EAST SIDE, NY — It was a busy week for the luxury real estate market on the Upper East Side, with five deals closing over the $4 million mark, according to the latest data from the Olshan Report.

The most expensive home in the neighborhood that sold this week was a pre-war co-op that closed at $7,200,000, the Olshan Report said.

The three-bedroom, three-bathroom corner duplex apartment is on East 66th Street between Madison and Park avenues.

Features include a sweeping curved steel-and-glass staircase, a 27-foot living room, a wood-burning fireplace and a wrap-terrace.
