$7.95M Condo Tops UWS Luxury Real Estate Deals

UPPER WEST SIDE, NY — It was a busy week for the luxury real estate market on the Upper West Side, with seven deals closing over the $4 million mark, according to the latest data from the Olshan Report.

The most expensive home in the neighborhood that sold this week was a condo that closed at $7,950,000, the Olshan Report said.

The four-bedroom, four-and-a-half-bathroom apartment is located at 1 West End Ave. between West 59th Street and West 60th Street. Features include floor-to-ceiling windows with Hudson River views, high-end finishes and appliances, and resort-inspired amenities at the building like a 75-foot indoor swimming pool, a fitness center and spa, and a landscaped terrace with cabanas and grilling areas.
