UPPER WEST SIDE, NY — A $26.8 million Upper West Side penthouse took the crown for the most expensive residential contract signed in Manhattan this past week, according to the latest data from the Olshan Report.

The five-bedroom, five-bathroom duplex penthouse is on West 84th Street on Broadway.

Features include a 41-foot-long great room with a fireplace and a rooftop terrace with views of the Hudson River, as well as heated floors, hand-selected marble and rain showers in the bathrooms.

The apartment is in The Henry, a new residential condo building developed by Naftali Group and designed by Robert A.M. Stern Architects with 45 units.
