$35.5M Condo Tops UWS Luxury Real Estate Deals

UPPER WEST SIDE, NY — It was a busy week for the luxury real estate market on the Upper West Side, with seven deals closing over the $4 million mark, according to the latest data from the Olshan Report.

The most expensive home on the Upper West Side sold this week was a condo on West 66th Street, which closed at $35,500,000, the Olshan Report said.

The chart-topping condo is located at 50 West 66th St., between Central Park West and Columbus Avenue.

The condo features two loggias and floor-to-ceiling windows featuring Central Park views, and the building features a business center, a catering kitchen, a children's playroom, a game room, a media room and more.
