UWS Dominates High-End Housing Market This Week
Ink has dried on 12 real estate deals over $4,000,000 on the Upper West Side — the most of any neighborhood this week.

UPPER WEST SIDE, NY — It was a boom week for the luxury real estate market on the Upper West Side, with 12 deals closing over the $4 million mark, according to the latest data from the Olshan Report.
The most expensive home in Manhattan sold this week was a condo on West 66th Street that went for $23.5 million, the Olshan Report said.
This week marked the Upper West Side’s busiest stretch in the luxury real estate market since late May 2025, when 13 deals closed.

The chart-topping condo is located at 50 West 66th Street, between Columbus Avenue and Central Park West.
The condo apartment features four bedrooms, four full bathrooms, one powder room, and a private loggia, as well as floor-to-ceiling windows with Central Park views, according to the listing.

The building also boasts a squash court, a pickleball court, a basketball court, a fitness center, an indoor-outdoor pool, and an entertaining space.
