Join us for Woven Together, a special Little City Studio Open House where families and children will help create a large-scale woven fabric wall installation together.
Using fibers, fabric, yarn, color, texture, and simple weaving techniques, participants will contribute to a growing collaborative artwork that transforms over the course of the event.
Part art project, part community-building experiment, this installation celebrates creativity, connection, and the beauty of many hands working together.
Families will also have an opportunity to explore the studio, learn about upcoming activities, discover our 3 main programs, and experience Little City Studio’s playful approach to art, design, engineering, and hands-on learning.
We also invite families to bring old fabric, textiles, yarn, or clothing that may no longer be worth donating. These materials may become part of the installation itself.
Expect creative messes, curious children, and a studio full of imagination.
All ages welcome.
Adult participation required - Parents should also be actively engaged.
