Westhampton Beach Board Of Education Organizes For Upcoming School Year

The BOE president and vice-president were elected at a reorganization meeting.

WESTHAMPTON BEACH, NY —The Westhampton Beach School District Board of Education organized and prepared for the upcoming 2026 to 2027 school year during their recent reorganization meeting, district officials said.

During the July 16 meeting, the trustees nominated and reelected Elizabeth T. Lanni-Hewitt as board president and Heather A. Wright as vice president, officials said.

Also sworn in was new trustee Renee Johnson, officials said.
