Welcome to Nature Reset Evenings: A Thursday Night Summer Series hosted by General Breath with Jillian. This 2-hour premium experience (6:30 PM – 8:30 PM) is designed to help you shake off the week and decompress in the golden hour light of Northeast Ohio's most beautiful landscapes. We will gather as the sun begins to dip, using movement, breath, and pure vibration to return to your natural state of balance.
