Twinsburg Man Found Dead in Home Hailed From Solon
Funeral services for Shawn Cultrona will be this week in Solon as police continue to investigate what happened to him

A Twinsburg manΒ Β on Sunday grew up in Solon and graduated from Solon High School.
The Summit County Medical Examiner's Office said Monday there was no foul play in the death of 36-year-old Shawn Cultrona, Twinsburg Police Chief Christopher Noga told Twinsburg Patch.
Police were called to the Cultrona's Country Club Circle home at about 11:46 a.m. Sunday after his wife and 6-year-old son found his body in the bathroom. Noga said the two had stayed at a friendβs house the night before.

On Monday, Noga said there was no sign of forcd entry into the home.
Noga said the coroner's official ruling could be done Tuesday, clearing up some details of what happened at Cultrona's home on Sunday morning. Initial incorrect media reports said there were signs of forced entry at the home.

Funeral arrangements for Cultrona are set for June 9Β atΒ , 33375 Bainbridge Road in Solon.Β Calling hours are from 3-8 p.m.Β
Mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Friday, June 10, atΒ , 32820 Baldwin Road in Solon.
Shawn Michael Cultrona was born March 22, 1975, in Bedford and grew up in Solon.
He graduated fromΒ Β and attended John Carroll University. He worked for Progressive Insurance as a senior telecom analyst.
Β Cultrona was a member of the Solon Italian Club and the Country Club Village Association Board. According to the obituary on the funeral homeβs website, he also was a NASCAR enthusiast, coach for his sonβs sports interests and a great cook.
Survivors include his wife of eight years, Nicole (nee Oravsky); son, Nicolas; parents, Robert G. and Katheryn βKayβ Dixon; siblings Lisa and Thomas R.; and grandmother Estelle Dixon.
