The chain closed numerous locations last fall during to a Chapter 7 bankruptcy liquidation.

HUNTINGDON VALLEY, PA — Iron Hill Brewery & Restaurant is planning to reopen its Huntingdon Valley location after closing last fall during a Chapter 7 bankruptcy liquidation.

The location at 785 Huntingdon Pike is one of five locations in the Philadelphia region being revived by new ownership under Rightlane LLC.

The reopening plans include an "Unfinished Business" beer.

Iron Hill Brewery abruptly shut all of its locations last September.

The gastropub chain has been a staple throughout eastern Pennsylvania and Delaware for years, ever since its first location opened in the region in 1996.

Within the past decade, its reach had expanded to numerous locations throughout the suburbs.

Locations in the region included Ardmore, Exton, Huntingdon Valley, Center City, Media, Newtown, North Wales, Chestnut Hill, and West Chester.

Though the chain is concentrated around the Philly region, there are also locations in Georgia and South Carolina.
