About Us
I work with individuals, couples, and teens who want more honest, connected, and meaningful relationships. Many people come to therapy feeling stuck in repeating patterns—conflict that goes nowhere, conversations that shut down, or a growing sense of distance from the people they care about most. Even when the desire for change is strong, it can be difficult to understand why these patterns keep happening or how to shift them.
My specialty is Relational Life Therapy (RLT), a direct yet compassionate approach that helps people move beyond blame, reactivity, and emotional shutdown. Rather than focusing only on problems, we look closely at the patterns that shape how you relate to others. Together we explore how past experiences and learned strategies influence the way you communicate, respond to conflict, and seek connection today.
In therapy with me, you’ll find a warm, collaborative space that balances empathy with honesty. I believe meaningful change happens through relationship. Our work will focus on helping you regulate emotions, speak more openly and clearly, repair ruptures when conflict occurs, and move beyond survival patterns that keep you feeling disconnected. Over time, this process can lead to deeper self-understanding, healthier boundaries, and stronger relationships with the people who matter most.
I work with individuals seeking personal growth, couples who want to strengthen communication and rebuild connection, and teenagers learning how to navigate emotions, identity, and relationships in an increasingly complex world.
Therapy sessions are available in person in Suburban Square in Ardmore, as well as virtually for clients who prefer the convenience of meeting from home. My hours are Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 9:00 AM to 7:30 PM.
If you’re curious about whether therapy might be helpful, I invite you to reach out. I offer a free 15-minute consultation where we can talk about your goals and see if working together feels like a good fit.
