Gouldsburger's centers high-quality ingredients, including prime steakhouse burgers; cheesesteaks with shaved prime beef and all-natural chicken breast; and grass-fed, uncured beef hot dogs.

David Murray, who founded Gouldsburger's with Walter Gouldsbury, said their cuts of meat make a "huge difference" during a 2023 interview with Patch.

"That 10-pound tube of beef could contain 200 or 300 different cows," Murray said of the meat many restaurants use. "Whereas when you’re buying a specific piece off the primal, like a brisket for our burger for example, that's one cow."

Vegan and vegetarian options include the mushroom cheesesteak. All sides, including house-made onion rings and fries, are gluten free and fried in olive oil with gluten-free fryers.

The Ardmore location is now open at 4 Station Rd. A ribbon-cutting ceremony hosted by podcaster Gillie da Kid is set for 11 a.m. Friday.

Gouldsburger's in Ardmore is open daily from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m.
