Home Sale Prices Up In Bala Cynwyd Last Month
Bala Cynwyd saw an increase in the median selling price for a home in January over December, whereas Narberth saw a decrease.
Overall, Lower Merion and Narberth had 63 home sales this January, up from 61 in December and up from 35 in January 2012, according to a report from Prudential Fox & Roach.
The most dramatic year-to-year gain was in Merion, where 6 homes sold in January, up from 1 home sold in January 2012.
Throughout the entire Main Line, 149 homes sold in January 2013, up from 122 in January 2012.
