Free Summer Meals Begin At Bensalem Schools
The Bensalem Township School District launched its annual summer meals program on Monday. The program runs into August.
BENSALEM TOWNSHIP, PA — The Bensalem Township School District has launched its annual free school meals program.
Children and teenagers age 18 and under can enjoy free breakfast and lunch provided by the Bensalem Township School District Food Service Department starting Monday.
The district is sponsoring the Summer Food Service Program, a federally funded nutrition program, open to all children from ages 1 to 18.

The program ensures that all children can eat healthy during the summer months.
Meals will also be delivered throughout the township via the “Owls on the Go” Summer Lunch Bus.
