BUCKS COUNTY, PA — Pizza and burgers were praised in Bucks County over the past week as a popular pizza lover sampled a slice while a burger was ranked as one of the tops in the nation.

Bucks Co. Burger Named One Of Nation's Best

A burger made right here in Bucks County has been named one of the nation's best by "Time Out," a global online guide to the best food and drink around the world. In an online article, "The Best Burgers in America to sink your teeth into," writer Olee Fowler singles out 20 eateries nationwide, including the Burgerly at 137 South Main Street in New Hope, as having the best burgers in the nation.

Dave Portnoy Reviews Another Bucks Pizzeria

Dance Studio Wins International Honors

Newtown was represented on the international dance stage earlier this month when the local Fred Astaire Dance Studio posted a very impressive finish at the Fred Astaire World Championship in Las Vegas. The studio’s competitive team took first place in the Top Studio category, competing against 139 studios from around the world. The team also brought home numerous other awards throughout the week-long competition.

Owowcow Releases New Ice Cream Flavor

Owowcow is partnering with the producers of "Perfect Sundays" to release an original ice cream flavor at this year’s Middletown Grange Fair and at its stores across Pennsylvania and New Jersey. The new flavor - “The Perfect Sunday” - was developed in collaboration with the producers of the six-episode TV series shot locally in Bucks County, including at the Grange Fair, last year.

Fred Beans Organizes 9 Blood Drives In July

Fred Beans Automotive Group held nine blood drives in July as part of Ford Motor Company’s “Ford Building Together - Summer of Community Impact” campaign to mark America’s 250th birthday. To celebrate in a meaningful way, Ford tapped 250 total dealerships, 9 of which are owned and operated by Fred Beans, to choose among a handful of charities to support. Fred Beans Automotive Group selected the American Red Cross because of its longstanding relationship with the nonprofit.
