Discover the journey through Ashtanga as it was meant to be practiced: cultivating a pathway to deep mental clarity and inner healing. The traditional system of Ashtanga (literally meaning "Eight Limbs") was designed as an integrated ladder to higher states of consciousness. Join us for a powerful 2.5-hour journey where we bridge the gap between physical practice and deep internal healing. By using the fiery discipline of dynamic movement to exhaust the busy mind, we clear a direct path for the profound, transformative medicine of the breath. We will do a 60 minute asana practice and 60 minutes of breathwork followed by a 15 minute rest, ending with journaling and a short discussion.
All levels welcome. No prior Ashtanga or breathwork experience is required. Bring a yoga mat, warm layers (socks/sweatshirt), and a journal. Props are provided.
