In Loving Memory of Anirudh "Ani" Nangunoori (2003–2026)

Ani's sudden and tragic passing is an unfathomable loss for everyone who knew and loved him. Just beginning his journey as a first-year medical student at the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine, Ani had such a bright, promising future ahead of him and so much compassion to offer the world.
He was brilliant and dedicated, but above all, he was deeply caring—the quality that made him not only an aspiring physician, but a cherished son, brother, friend, and presence in so many lives.
As we gather to remember and honor him, let us hold onto the light he brought into our lives and keep his family and loved ones in our thoughts and prayers.
