“It is with a very heavy heart that I need to announce that after 11 years, The Game Is Afoot Arcade will be closing. Our last day will be Monday, August 31,” they posted on social media.

“This decision was not made lightly. Some of the major reasons include the increased costs of everything from overhead to repairs, as well as the fluctuations in our customer attendance responding to their own uncertain financial futures in this economy,” they wrote.
