1. CountryFest At SteelStacks

When: Friday, Aug. 21, beginning at 6 p.m.; Saturday, Aug. 22, beginning at 4 p.m.
Where: ArtsQuest campus at SteelStacks, Bethlehem
What to know: ArtsQuest's new CountryFest brings two days of country music, food, line dancing, artisans and other activities to SteelStacks. Friday's lineup includes Erin Kelly, Kevin Kenny – The Chesney Show and Whiskey and Roses, while Saturday features Luke Borchelt, Clayton Mullen, Peytan Porter, Lainey Nation and Adam and the Armadillos.

2. Shop The Easton Farmers' Market

When: Saturday, Aug. 22, 9 a.m.–1 p.m.
Where: Scott Park, 128 Larry Holmes Drive, Easton
What to know: Spend Saturday morning along the riverfront at the Easton Farmers' Market. The market's current vendor lineup includes local produce, meats and eggs, baked goods, specialty foods and beverages, flowers, crafts and local libations.

3. Meet FeRROUS At Crayola Experience

When: Saturday, Aug. 22, noon–2 p.m.
Where: Crayola Experience, 30 Centre Square, Easton
What to know: Families can meet FeRROUS, the Lehigh Valley IronPigs mascot, during a special appearance at Crayola Experience. The attraction is also running its Summer of Color programming, including hands-on activities, character appearances and live crayon factory shows. Admission to Crayola Experience is required.

4. Easton Cruise Night

When: Saturday, Aug. 22, 6–9 p.m.
Where: Centre Square, Easton
What to know: Easton's city calendar has another Cruise Night scheduled Saturday evening in Centre Square. The band Joyous also lists an Easton Cruise Night performance from 6–9 p.m. at Northampton and Third streets, making it an option for anyone looking to spend a summer evening downtown.

5. 47th Annual Dollhouse Show & Sale

When: Sunday, Aug. 23, 10 a.m.–4 p.m.
Where: Charles Chrin Community Center, 4100 Green Pond Road, Easton
What to know: The Lehigh Valley Small on Scale Miniatures Club is bringing its annual Dollhouse Show & Sale to a new Easton-area location this year. The event features miniature vendors, raffles, a children's class and food trucks. Parking is free.
