Large Fight At Havertown Church Fair Leads To Multiple Arrests: Police
The fair closed early as a result.
HAVERTOWN, PA — A fight involving large groups of youths at a Havertown church fair led to multiple arrests and the event's early closure, police said.
The fight broke out at St. Denis Fun Fair. After discussion with Father Kevin Gallagher of the St. Denis Church, the fair was shut down early, police said.
The closure led to large groups roving in the neighborhood and Wawa, police said. But Haverford Township Police kept them moving out of the area with help from Marple and Radnor police.
