Willow Grove Post Acute Launches Cardiac Care Program in Hatboro, Pa.

Willow Grove Post Acute in Hatboro has launched a Cardiac Care program – designed to promote independence and quality of life for patients – under the direction of cardiologist Eddy Mizrahi, MD. Located at 3485 Davisville Road, the skilled nursing facility provides post-hospital and short-term rehab care.

Dr. Mizrahi, who is board certified in internal medicine, cardiovascular disease, echocardiography and nuclear stress testing, is affiliated with AMS Cardiology in Montgomery County. Willow Grove’s cardiac rehab services focus on reducing symptoms and decreasing disability in heart patients. Cardiac rehab is designed to assist individuals suffering from challenging or life-threatening heart conditions, including those recovering from a cardiac event or surgical procedure, and those at risk for cardiovascular disease.

Dr. Mizrahi for multiple years has been recognized as a Top Doc by Philadelphia Magazine. Previous experience includes his work as a non-invasive cardiologist at Mercy Catholic Medical Center, where he served as the medical director of the non-invasive cardiovascular lab. He was also the medical director of the Valve Clinic at Mercy Philadelphia Campus and co-director of the Cardio-Oncology Clinic. Dr. Mizrahi completed his internal medicine residency at Albert Einstein Medical Center, where he was chief resident, and his cardiology fellowship at Geisinger Medical Center.
