NORTH WALES, PA — Construction started Thursday in North Wales on a project that will restrict a local roadway for the rest of the year.

A lane of Walnut Street will be closed, and traffic controlled with flagging, through Dec. 31. Work will take place 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. each day, the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation said.
