This weekly circle offers a space to pause, connect, and explore simple tools for stress relief, emotional support, boundaries, and self-care because your well-being matters too.

We have created a safe group where they can come relax, learn they are not alone, meet new friends and learn Stress Management tips. Each week will have a different discussion topic led by Kassie Simpson who chooses a topic which is relevant to teens today. This group is for ages 14-17.
